Craig’s Cookies will:

4. Training for Employees

All employees, volunteers, and anyone involved in developing policies at Craig’s Cookies receive training on:

  • AODA and the Ontario Human Rights Code as it relates to accessibility.

  • How to interact and communicate with individuals with disabilities.

  • How to use available assistive devices, if applicable.

  • What to do if a person with a disability has difficulty accessing our services.

5. Assistive Devices

Customers and employees are welcome to use their personal assistive devices. Where available, we will provide assistive devices to enhance accessibility.

6. Accessible Employment Practices
