  • How do I reach the Newfoundland location?

  • How do I order a custom box/mix + match flavours?

    We have so many great flavours by the full and half dozen or you can choose one of our assorted mixes (the O.G. Mix, the Nutfree(ish) Mix, or the Surprise Mix). Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-ordered custom boxes or substitutions since our cookie board is always rotating throughout the day. You can always walk into any of our stores and choose your favourites!

  • Tell me about Cookie Loyalty Points!

    Available and redeemable in store only. Collect 1 point for every dollar you spend! 200 points = FREE 1/2 dozen cookies!

  • What's the deal with Gift Cards?

    We have online gift cards for purchase on CraigsCookies.com! You can also purchase physical gift cards in-store. E-Gift cards can be redeemed online and in-store.

  • I have an Allergy!

    All of our cookies contain gluten, butter, and eggs and are at risk of cross contamination with the many nuts in our stores. We do offer Gluten-Friendly options in store (and you can preorder your dough online!), but please remember that we are not a Gluten-Free facility.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We use a third-party delivery service, Starling, to provide delivery across Toronto and the GTA. Daily Service: Brampton Markham Richmond Hill Scarborough Mississauga North York Etobicoke Toronto Wednesday & Sunday Service Only: All other areas within the GTA. Please note that we are not responsible for errors in the delivery information provided to us. Orders may be adjusted until 4:00 PM the day before your scheduled delivery. You can also find us on Uber Eats for same-day cookie orders.

  • I don't live in the GTA, can I get cookies shipped to me?

    We are now offering Canada-wide shipping through UPS! You select your SHIPPING DAY (orders ship Monday to Friday) and you will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. We are not responsible for any errors in the delivery information provided to us. Orders can be adjusted until 4pm the day before shipping.

  • I ordered with shipping through UPS and I did not receive my cookies!

    Please check your tracking information in case they were delivered to a community mailbox, etc. If it is an incomplete delivery AND YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION IS CORRECT, we can file a complaint with UPS and provide a refund. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the delivery information provided to us and cannot provide refunds in these cases.

  • A squirrel ate my cookies!

    So a squirrel ate your cookies. Our delivery service does their best to contact you when they make a delivery by knocking/ringing the bell and calling the provided phone number if there is no answer. Unfortunately, our cute bakery boxes are no match for wildlife so we recommend being specific with your delivery instructions and collecting your package as soon as possible! We do not offer refunds if a squirrel or any other creature eats your cookies.
