About you!
Craig's Cookies is interested in partnering with individuals or groups who possess a high level of integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, amazing customer service skills, a strong work ethic and believe in the strength of inclusivity and diversity. Previous retail, food, hospitality or quick service restaurant experience would be beneficial. You may already own your own business. Perhaps you are a budding entrepreneur. Or maybe you are ready to move from the corporate world into being your own boss. Regardless of your walk-in-life, when you join the Craig's Cookies team you are becoming a part of a family. And as part of our family, you can count on our dedicated efforts and support.
Steps to Becoming a Franchisee
Contact us for some additional information below! We will then provide you with a franchisee application form to describe your background, experience, status and financial position.
After that, you will have an initial telephone interview with a representative of Craig's Cookies to outline our concept. Face-to-face or online meetings with Craig's Cookies executives and receipt of franchise disclosure documents. Then, you do your due diligence and we do ours!
As things move forward you have optional discovery days to meet members of the Craig's Cookies executive team and learn if our philosophies align. You would prepare a basic business plan then it's time for us all to make decisions.
If all is good, we will finalize and approve a location and mapping of territory, submit signed franchise agreement, pay all franchising fees, then your lease is signed and construction begins. Bring on training of your team and your Grand Opening is right around the corner!!
